Cultural Intelligence: The Tool to Success in any Culture

The Cultural Intelligence process is based on a premise that to succeed in the foreign-to-us culture we need to learn, appreciate, and honor cultural differences. Only by doing so we will be able to take full advantage of the competencies and abilities that colleagues of other cultures have to offer. Knowing each other and relating to each other will also prevent misunderstandings and conflicts that are often at the core of inefficient teamwork and partnerships.

The objective of the Cultural Intelligence Workshop is to provide you with tools to decipher the intricacies of a culture. At the end of this course participants will be able to:
