Synergy of Expatriate Coaching and Cross-Cultural Training

There are cross-cultural trainers and there are expatriate coaches.  What would happen if you put the two together?  How much more benefit can the clients get if their coaches had understanding of cross-cultural variables and if their cross-cultural trainers had coaching skills?
